FAU Lecture Series Spring 2021 flyer designed using a dynamic grid system. The Verdana typeface ensures the typography is readable to the viewers. The grid system for this flyer uses different sizes and weights to create a balance and hierarchy that helps lead the viewer’s eye to the next information. The text is carefully placed to line with other text in order to create an organized structure and balanced composition design.
A logo design that combines both typography and shape to convey the brand’s style. The logotype is presented in a serif typeface to mimic the typographic symbol element used to replace the “O” in Rosalia. The symbol element is created from the letter “r” to represent Rosalia and to create an easily recognizable brand. The logo uses color to provide contrast within the elements of the logo and to complement the brand.
2 page layout created to promote school of art & design events and activities. The header treatment for “creative community without borders'' is the main focus of the design. FranklinGothic URW Demi is used to draw attention. The body text uses Calibri font to complement the heading treatment .The word community is repeated multiple times across the pages in black.
